Products with context and validation

Access, demos, betas or previews may have their own limitations and must not be treated as a promise of results.

Contractual, administrative or legal enquiries should be submitted through the Makers administrative request channel.

01

General conditions for accessing and using the Makers digital presence.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Makers websites, pages, forms, materials, products, digital channels or communications, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to follow the general rules set out here.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from using Makers digital channels and contact the team to clarify any questions before proceeding.

Who we are

Makers is the brand used to present digital products, agents, automation, bespoke software and services related to operations, sales, customer service and digital channels.

Where a relationship requires tax identification, company details, an address, a representative or a formal contact for notices, these details are provided in a proposal, contract, invoice or administrative response.

Formal contact:Legal, contractual or administrative requests should be submitted through the administrative form or by email to [email protected].
02

Scope of content, pages and digital materials.

Scope of the terms

These terms apply to the use of Makers websites, commercial pages, product pages, landing pages, presentation materials, digital documents, forms, contact channels and other interfaces made available by Makers.

Some products, proposals, contracts, demos, pilots or integrations may have additional conditions. Where they exist, those specific conditions take precedence over these general rules to the extent applicable.

Website information

Content published on Makers websites and pages serves informational, commercial and corporate purposes. Makers seeks to keep information clear and up to date, but content may be adjusted, removed or corrected without individual notice.

Descriptions of products, capabilities, integrations, workflows, use cases and commercial materials do not automatically guarantee availability, results, suitability for a particular case or a contractual obligation without a written agreement.

03

Rules for commercial, administrative and digital requests.

Sales enquiries

When sending a message, contact request, request for a proposal or administrative request, you must provide information that is truthful, up to date and appropriate to the context of the request.

Submitting a form does not automatically create a contractual relationship, an obligation to respond within a specific period, commercial exclusivity or a commitment to provide a service.

Forms and requests

Makers may use submitted data to assess the request, respond, route it internally, prepare a sales conversation, evaluate technical suitability or meet related administrative needs.

Requests involving legal, contractual, administrative or privacy matters should be submitted through the administrative request channel to facilitate triage and recording.

04

Makers products, pilots, previews and automation.

Products and services

Makers may provide digital products, bespoke software, AI agents, automation, dashboards, integrations, websites, strategic materials or technical services in accordance with the applicable proposal, contract, work order or documentation.

Commercial conditions, prices, deadlines, service levels, deliverables, ownership of outputs and specific responsibilities must be set out in a separate document. This page does not replace those instruments.

Beta and preview access

Some products, agents, integrations or features may be made available as a beta, preview, pilot, controlled test or early access release. In these cases, errors, interruptions, changes in behaviour, usage limits or the removal of features may occur.

Beta or preview versions should be used with care and human oversight, without relying on them as the sole means for critical decisions, legal obligations, financial workflows, health, safety or high-risk operations.

05

Acceptable use of Makers channels and products.

Acceptable use

Makers websites, channels, products and materials must only be used for lawful, professional purposes consistent with the purpose for which they were made available.

  • Do not submit false, abusive, unlawful or offensive information, or information that infringes third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, authentication, usage limits or access controls.
  • Do not use automation, scraping, reverse engineering or intrusive testing without express authorisation.
  • Do not use agents, integrations or external channels for spam, fraud, harassment or prohibited commercial practices.

External channels

Interactions through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, third-party platforms, analytics, automation or communication tools may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

Makers does not fully control the availability, rules, moderation, technical changes or operational decisions of these external platforms.

06

Brands, content, materials and rights in work produced.

Intellectual property

Brands, names, logos, interfaces, text, images, page structures, components, commercial materials, documentation and other content made available by Makers are protected by intellectual property rights or licensed third-party rights.

Unless authorised in writing or provided for by contract, you must not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit Makers content.

Third-party content

Some materials may refer to third-party platforms, tools, libraries, channels, brands, integrations or content. Those references belong to their respective owners and do not automatically imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.

Where projects include assets, data, content or brands supplied by the client, responsibility for the lawfulness of that material must be confirmed in the relevant contractual context.

07

No absolute promises of availability, autonomy or results.

Availability

Makers may seek to keep its websites, materials, channels and products available, secure and functional, but does not guarantee continuous operation, freedom from errors, permanent compatibility with all devices or uninterrupted availability of external platforms.

Maintenance, technical changes, incidents, supplier updates, API unavailability, platform limits or events beyond reasonable control may affect operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law and applicable contracts, Makers should not be held liable for indirect damage, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, third-party failures, misuse of channels or decisions made without appropriate human validation.

Any definitive limitation of liability, exclusion, indemnity or compensation arrangement must be set out in a separate contract where applicable.

08

User responsibilities and operational precautions.

User responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is lawful, that you are authorised to share third-party data or materials, and that you use Makers channels in accordance with the law, applicable contracts and good business practices.

For products, agents and automation configured for an organisation, the client must set appropriate instructions, validate outputs, oversee critical workflows and keep people accountable for relevant decisions.

AI agents and automation

AI agents, automated workflows and integrations can help respond, organise, research, classify, route or perform tasks. They may still produce errors, incomplete responses, delays, incorrect interpretations or dependencies on external data.

Agents must not be treated as autonomous for critical decision-making without human review, control rules, appropriate monitoring and limits proportionate to the risk of the use case.

09

Updates to the terms and resolution of issues.

Changes to the terms

Makers may update these terms to reflect changes to its websites, products, channels, operational practices, technical requirements, suppliers or legal framework.

The published version should state its effective date, relevant history and, where necessary, a mechanism for notifying affected users or clients.

Contractual matters and resolution

Where a proposal, contract, work order, subscription plan or specific agreement exists, that document defines the commercial conditions, applicable law, jurisdiction, service levels and resolution mechanisms to the extent applicable.

Practical rule:These terms govern the public digital presence. Specific product or service conditions take precedence when agreed in writing.

Useful technology needs clear limits.

Makers websites, channels, agents and automation should support responsible business relationships, with security, respect for external platforms and human oversight proportionate to the risk.

security

Do not bypass access controls, technical limits, authentication, permissions or platform rules.

channels

Use WhatsApp, Instagram, email and integrations in accordance with the respective providers' policies.

automation

Maintain human review of relevant decisions, sensitive workflows and communications with greater impact.
