More operational capacity for people already making an impact.

Some projects do not need more noise. They need to respond faster, organise requests, follow up on opportunities and save hours of repetitive work.

The Makers Impact Programme exists to reduce barriers to technology, without turning social responsibility into an automatic promotion.

NGOs, IPSS, civil society organisations and associations

A licence, assessment or support, decided case by case.

The programme does not promise the same benefit to everyone. The arrangement depends on the product, problem, maturity, availability and capacity to use it.

A licence or subsidised access

The arrangement is decided case by case, according to the product, maturity, duration and operational capacity.

Initial assessment

The team examines the operational problem before recommending a product, pilot, discount or referral.

Setup and limited support

Where appropriate, the programme may include assisted setup, templates, workflows or initial guidance.

Review and development

Access may be renewed, adjusted, moved to a subsidised plan or responsibly brought to an end.

All Makers products can be considered.

The application helps identify whether the best route is a ready-made product, a channel agent, AOS, Studio or a phased combination.

We prioritise applications with

  • A clearly described social, community, environmental or inclusion mission.
  • An identified person in charge and the minimum capacity to use the solution.
  • A specific operational use case: customer service, prospecting, organisation, communication, CRM, reporting or systems.
  • Use by the approved organisation or project itself.
  • A commitment to privacy, consent and responsible communication.
  • Acceptance of a case-by-case assessment, with no automatic guarantee of support.

Not eligible by default

  • Resale, sublicensing or use for third-party clients.
  • Party-political, discriminatory or unlawful use, or use that violates fundamental rights.
  • Aggressive automation, spam, mass collection without consent or purchased lists.
  • Requests with no operational owner or specific use case.
  • Ordinary commercial entities seeking only a discount, with no impact or inclusion context.
